As expected, Motorola launched its Razr 40 series in India with a big event in New Delhi (and we were there, you can watch the live stream). According to Prashanth Mani, managing director of Motorola Mobility India, “100% of Motorola products sold in India are made in India” and this includes leaflets 2023 as well.
The more advanced of the two, the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra, has a base price of ₹90,000, however, ICICI Bank offers a cashback of ₹7,000 if you use one of their credit cards to make the purchase. If you don’t want to pay a lump sum, a free EMI of ₹7,500 per month is available. Carrier Jio promises ‘goodies’ worth ₹15,000 (what exactly that entails will be published by Jio himself).

The vanilla Motorola Razr 40 will be 30% cheaper with a base price of ₹60,000 and a cashback offer of ₹5,000 from ICICI. You can also get it with monthly installments of ₹5,000/month. Jio’s offer is valued at the same ₹15,000. Note that both models are configured with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage (and there are no other options).
