According to a Chinese whistleblower (the post has since been deleted), the regular iPhone 15 and 15 Plus will have a satin finish, just like the current generation Pro versions. As of right now, you can tell from the back if the phone is a Pro or non-Pro model.
The Pro models will reportedly incorporate a titanium frame with curved glass edges and an additional Action button on the side frame which should still allow different levels of iPhone to be distinguished.

The report also mentions new colors. Regular iPhones will see a new cyan and green blend that would resemble the Mint Green option that came with the iPhone 12. The iPhone 15 Pros are said to have a new dark red colorway instead. This could replace the Deep Purple in the current 14 generation.
