Last year Google stopped offering unlimited photo backup, which saved photos at reduced quality, after stopping the original quality storage space available to Pixel buyers. There is now a way to get it back, however, instead of being exclusive to Pixel owners, it will only be available to T-Mobile subscribers in the US.
The $ 15 / month plan will be available on April 26th. Combine a 2TB Google One subscription ($ 10 per month from Google, $ 100 per year) with unlimited storage for photos and videos at full resolution.
Please note that this only applies to the main account holder, which means that if you have a family plan, only one of you will receive unlimited storage. However, the 2TB storage space can be shared with up to 5 people.

This offer includes all the usual Google One perks, such as the ability to back up your phone to the cloud, get extended trials for Google services (YouTube Premium, Stadia, etc.), a VPN service for Android and iOS, and some other goodies. These benefits can also be shared with up to 5 people.

If you don’t need that much storage (especially for photos), T-Mobile also has an exclusive 500GB Tier One for $ 5 a month. Google offers only three paid tiers: 100GB for $ 2 / month, 200GB for $ 3 / month, and 2TB for $ 10 / month.
By the way, Google Fi subscribers don’t have access to such a deal, which suggests that T-Mobile is footing the bill for the additional storage.
