Samsung's Galaxy S23s sell 22% more than their predecessors, the best-selling Ultras

The Galaxy S23 series has been a sales success for Samsung. According to a report citing data from Hana Titlesthe Galaxy S23 series sold 22.89 million units in the first eight months, up 22% from the Galaxy S22 series in the same period last year.

The numbers break down into 10.69 million Galaxy S23 Ultra, 8.09 million Galaxy S23 and 4.11 million Plus units.

However, it’s not the same story with the Galaxy Z5 series. In the first two months, the Galaxy Z Fold5 and Z Flip5 achieved just 3.51 million sales, less than the Galaxy Z4 series’ 3.63 million in the same period. The Galaxy Z Flip5 sold 2.26 million compared to 1.25 million for the Z Fold5.
