Realme’s upcoming GT Neo 5 has been leaking a lot lately, ahead of what could be an official introduction at MWC Barcelona next month. The phone is officially confirmed to be the first to offer 240W fast wired charging, and according to various rumors, it will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC.

A prototype GT Neo 5 was reportedly spotted today in Geekbench’s online database, yielding a single-core score of 1,279 and a multi-core score of 3,902.

The prototype in question has 16GB of RAM on board and runs Android 13, unsurprisingly. Its model number is RMX3708, and the motherboard mentioned in the benchmark may be associated with the aforementioned Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC.

Now that the prototypes are being benchmarked in the open like this, the official launch can’t be far behind. The Realme GT Neo 5 is expected to sport a 6.74-inch 1240×2772 AMOLED screen, a 50MP main camera flanked by an 8MP and 2MP ultrawide decorative sensor of some sort, a 16MP selfie snapper, and a 4,600 battery. mAh in the 240W version. Another iteration will pair a 5,000mAh cell with “only” 150W of charging, it seems.
