ZTE nubia Z50S Pro has arrived and a third colorway was added at the last minute. The first two go for a serious camera look with a lens-like camera bump and grippy leatherette texture. The third option is instead inspired by ice and the camera island is adorned with an opalescent ring.

Whichever aspect you prefer, all three feature the camera in the foreground as it is the highlight of the phone. The star of the show is the 35mm lens, a trademark of Nubia, it is a 1G+6P lens with a large f/1.59 aperture, OIS, and a fairly large 50MP 1/1.49” sensor.
Additionally, the phone features a 50MP ultra-wide-angle camera with a 13mm lens (125° FoV, f/2.0) that doubles as a macro cam as it can focus as close as 2.5cm/1 inch . If you want to take a photo from afar, there’s an 80mm telephoto lens (OIS, f/2.4) with a 16MP sensor behind it.
ZTE shared the first camera samples from the phone, here are some shots (note: they have been compressed on Weibo).
