Final verdict

If classic MMORPG combat has lost its luster but the desire for a medieval fantasy epic still burns, TERA offers a breath of fresh air. Don’t expect anything interesting from a plot point of view, but as a free-to-play MMO, there are countless worse options.

Thriving isn’t a word I would use to describe the TERA community, but enough people continue to log in to enjoy the MMO experience. The imaginative combat and PvE content make killing monsters fun, with a group of friends or leveling up alone. So download the game and TERA those bad ones a new one.
