Jam tart with easy recipe
The jam tart is by far the dessert I prepare most often. I like to vary the taste of the jam, the shape of the cake or the type of shortcrust pastry used. This time I used a shortcrust pastry without butter, easy and without pitfalls, but if you want you can follow our classic recipe. For celiacs, it is advisable to follow the gluten-free tart recipe. Very few ingredients will be enough to prepare a cake loved by young and old. Excellent for breakfast or as a snack jam tart it’s also great if you want to bring something you make yourself when you’re invited to dinner.

Preparation
In a bowl, dissolve the sugar in the water. Then add the two types of oil and create an emulsion by beating with a fork.
Then add the flour and baking powder and mix quickly with a spoon.
Then transfer it to a floured surface and form a loaf, working it quickly. Wrap it in cling film and leave it in the refrigerator for at least an hour, the ideal would be a whole night.
Then with the help of a sheet of parchment paper, roll it out to a thickness of half a centimeter. I usually use a sheet of cling film placed on top so the rolling pin doesn’t stick to the dough.
Then transfer everything, complete with parchment paper, to the tart pan. Trim the edges and set aside the leftover dough for decorations.
Prick the bottom with a fork and pour the jam jar leveling well.
Decorate with the leftover dough, obtaining shapes as you like.
Bake at 180 ° C for 35 minutes.
