The Sony Xperia 5 V (that’s five mark five if you were wondering) is finally out today. And as usual, Sony will broadcast the announcement live on YouTube.
The Xperia 5 V will replace a triple camera system with a dual one, but the large-sensor main camera may well have superior light-gathering capabilities than the previous model’s telephoto module even at 2x magnification.
Up front, expect a 6.1-inch 120Hz OLED display and dual front-facing speakers. Underneath the Xperia 5 V is the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip with up to 16GB of RAM.
The battery is expected to be a 5,000mAh unit with 30W wired charging and wireless charging.
