Last year Samsung launched an exclusive Galaxy S22 Ultra Mercedes Benz edition, this year the company teamed up with another German automaker, BMW, to create the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra BMW M Edition.
The company won’t step on iQOO, however, as the Exclusive Edition will only be available in South Korea and only 1,000 units will be produced. Locals can pre-order one (link to SK Telecom’s online store) until February 13 at a price of KRW 1,727,000 for a 12/512GB drive. For comparison, the same memory capacity on a regular S23 Ultra costs 1,600,400 KRW (not including some pre-order discounts).

The Galaxy S23 Ultra BMW M Edition is particularly inspired by the E30 BMW M3, the first generation of the M3. The exclusive packaging is packed with BMW accessories including a themed pouch, a key ring with six interchangeable BMW emblems from six different eras, plus the BMW roundel that was unveiled at the company’s 50th anniversary celebration, and a metal logo “We Are M”.
There’s more: a BMW-branded battery-powered air compressor, cup holder/wireless charger, analogue clock, photo book and poster. Additionally, buyers will receive a Starter Pack Voucher for the BMW Driving Center in Incheon, South Korea, where a qualified instructor will give them driving lessons.

It goes without saying that the Galaxy S23 Ultra BMW M Edition will also be loaded with BMW-themed software gadgets, including a custom launch animation and theme.
The early booking period ends on February 13th (Monday), but there’s an extra period until the 17th where fans can still secure a unit – if there are any left, of course. Pre-orders are expected to start shipping on the 17th, alongside regular S23-series models.
