Apple today launched new hardware with the 14″ and 16″ MacBook Pro M2 Pro and M2 Max models, as well as the Mac Mini M2/M2 Pro. The new 14″ and 16″ MacBook Pros also retain the design of their predecessors, but with the new M2 Pro and M2 Max chipsets. Both the M2 Pro and M2 Ultra chips are configurable up to 12-core CPUs and 38-core GPUs. Unified storage starts at 16GB on the Pro and 32GB on the M2 Max and is configurable up to 96GB. Storage starts at 512GB and is configurable up to 8TB. The new MacBook Pros also feature Wi-Fi 6E connectivity and the most advanced HDMI 2.1 connector and up to 22 hours of battery life.
