Punctually, the new iQOO 11 arrives in India in collaboration with Amazon. The phone made its debut in China a month ago and we already have a written review (also a video review) if you want to delve into the details.

One piece of information we’re still missing is the pricing for India: The event kicks off at noon local time and will be live-streamed on Twitter and YouTube (the latter we’ve embedded below).

You can also visit Amazon’s landing page for the phone. Sales aren’t likely to start immediately, so you might want to reserve a seat in line. Amazon will hold a live Q&A session with Rajiv Makhni (Chief Director, Technology, NDTV) on January 13 (Friday) if you have any questions about the launch of the self-proclaimed ‘India’s fastest smartphone’.

This claim is based on the fact that the iQOO 11 is the first Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 to hit the Indian market. It is unclear whether the iQOO 11 Pro will join it. One of the main differences between them is the battery system: the Pro charges at 200W on a cable and 50W wirelessly, the vanilla iQOO 11 features 120W wired-only charging (and has 300mAh capacity in more in his battery). The other difference is the ultra wide angle camera, 50MP on the Pro, 8MP on the vanilla model.
