The latest vivo Y series phone is here with the newly announced vivo Y22 and brings numerous improvements over its predecessor. The Y22s is equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 680 chipset along with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of expandable storage via microSD.
There is an early 6.55-inch IPS LCD screen with HD + resolution and an 8MP selfie cam housed in a teardrop notch. The rear carries a 50MP main shooter with an f / 1.8 aperture along with a 2MP auxiliary module. The front of the software is covered by FuntouchOS 12 which is based on Android 12. The phone also boasts a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging.
Vivo Y22s is available in Starlit Blue and Summer Cyan colors and retails for VND 5,990,000 ($ 255) in Vietnam. Open sales are already underway while availability in other countries has yet to be detailed.
