Rumors so far point to significant changes under the hood for the upcoming Galaxy S24 series. As for the hood itself, well, photos of mannequins have surfaced and let’s just say they look familiar.
All three models are represented – Galaxy S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra – in the photos shared by @SonnyDickson. The two smaller models have flat sides and rounded corners, and only the three camera lenses protrude from the back.
The Galaxy S24 Ultra stands out with its more rectangular appearance and two additional camera lenses on the back. Previously, CAD-based renders were leaked revealing the phone’s measurements: 162.3 x 79.0 x 8.7mm, essentially the same as the S23 Ultra within a millimeter. Unfortunately, the dummies were not photographed from the front – the new Ultra should lay flat (although it won’t be completely flat). The weight should also be the same.

Renders of the Galaxy S24+ show that its dimensions will be 158.5 x 75.9 x 7.75 mm, another leak places the dimensions of the S24 at 147.0 x 70.5 x 7.6 mm. This is also the same as the S23+ and S23 down to about a millimeter. Note that Samsung is rumored to be switching to titanium frames for 2024 flagships, moving away from Armor Aluminum. The mannequins are all painted white, but we’ve already heard about the four main colors and a few other colors (some of these will likely be exclusive to the Samsung store).

After mentioning the displays, according to some rumors (finally finally) all three will be LTPO panels. The rear cameras will feature some updates with most of the changes concentrated on the Ultra model.
The Samsung Galaxy S24 series is expected to be revealed in January at an Unpacked event in the US.
