Spotify just announced a new version of its WatchOS app for Apple’s Watch. The improvements are mostly visual with the animations getting the most attention. The Your Library tab now includes all your favorite music, podcasts, and downloaded music.
A larger album cover should help you navigate your library better, and the animations are now more refined. You can now also swipe to like a song. Finally, new podcast episodes will be marked with blue dots so you don’t miss a thing of your favorite podcasters.
In addition to the WatchOS update, Spotify also announced that it will add support for more devices, and the service is now available on over 2,000 devices from various brands. For example, you can now access Spotify on Amazon Fire TV’s QLED Omni Series Ambient Mode with relevant information.
