A couple of unannounced Samsung chipsets appeared on the Bluetooth SIG database prior to their upcoming launch. The Exynos 1330 and Exynos 1380 are expected to arrive alongside the new Galaxy A series phones in the first quarter of 2023. The Bluetooth SIG listing confirms that both upcoming chipsets support Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity thanks to the Samsung Bluetooth Controller V6 RF chip.

Exynos 1380 is touted as a successor to Exynos 1280, and we already saw the name in some older entries earlier this year. Based on the rumors, the Exynos 1380 could carry 2 ARM Cortex-A CPU cores along with the Mali-G615 GPU and an integrated 5G modem with support for mmWave and sub-6Ghz connectivity. Samsung is preparing to launch its Galaxy A54 and Galaxy A74 smartphones, which could be the debut devices powered by the Exynos 1380.

The Exynos 1330 is expected to be a successor to the 2020 entry-level Exynos 850. Details are scarce at the moment, so we’ll have to wait a little longer before more details on the specs emerge.
