The latest member of the Oppo F series is now official in India with the launch of the Oppo F23 5G. The device carries a Snapdragon 695 chipset, a 120Hz LCD and a 64MP main camera. The phone is identical to the Oppo A98 that launched in Malaysia last week.

Oppo F23 offers a 6.72-inch IPS LCD with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The panel also houses a punch hole for the 32MP front camera. On the back, we have a 64MP main sensor alongside a 2MP monochrome module and a 2MP microscope camera.
The device comes with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, which is further expandable via a microSD card slot. The Oppo F23 packs a 5,000mAh battery with 67W fast charging. The software side is covered by ColorOS 13.1 on top of Android 13. Other extras include stereo speakers, a headphone jack and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

Oppo F23 5G is available in Cool Black and Bold Gold colors. The single 8/256GB casing is priced at INR 24,999 ($304) and you can pre-order the device from Oppo’s online store and partner retailers. Open sales in India start on May 18th.
