The vivo X Fold2 is coming next month, and today company officials unveiled the device as part of the company’s participation in the Boao Forum.

The new foldout will have a red color and a circular camera island on which we can see only three shooters and an LED flash.

The vivo X Fold2 follows the general design of previous vivo foldables, but reports indicate it will be significantly lighter at 311g for these two. It will also be slimmer, according to initial reports, but we can’t confirm that visually by looking at these angled images.

The camera trio includes a 50MP main shooter borrowed from the X90 live: Sony IMX866 sensor, f/1.8 aperture, OIS and V2 ISP. The other two cameras are said to have 12MP Sony IMX663 sensors.

The screen inside is expected to be Samsung E6 AMOLED with 1440p resolution and up to 120Hz refresh rate. A leakster has suggested that both panels will have dual UD fingerprint scanners, one on each screen, and we can see from these images that the power key is a regular button, not doubling as a sensor.
