The Oppo A2x was launched earlier this month, and now its close sibling, the A2m, is on the way. The two devices look the same and have nearly identical spec sheets, but a new listing has revealed a different chipset.
Oppo A2m was listed on China Telecom’s website with a Mediatek MT6833V/ZA platform, which is the model number of the Dimensity 700.

The A2m is built around a 6.56-inch LCD with HD+ resolution and a waterdrop notch for a 5MP selfie camera. There is a shooter on the back with a 13MP sensor at the back. Other specs listed revealed Android 13, likely with ColorOS on top, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a fingerprint scanner, which will be on the side.
Oppo A2m is expected to arrive in three memory combinations: 6/128 GB, 8/256 GB and 12/256 GB. Some or all will be sold in two colors: black and purple. Final details, such as pricing and availability, are expected to be revealed soon.
