The Nokia G60 has arrived at the headquarters just announced, so let’s take a quick look. There’s not much to do inside the box – you get the phone and a USB cable, though some markets will also have a 20W charger.

This is part of the reduced carbon footprint of the Nokia G60. The box itself is made from recycled paper, while the phone uses recycled plastic – the back panel is 100% recycled, while the frame is 60%.

Nokia has added a smudged tactile texture to the back panel to perhaps solidify the feeling of being good to nature, but it makes the phone feel better and different.

It doesn’t even feel cheap. At 190g, the Nokia G60 is noticeable in the hand and has the 6.58-inch display to match the feel. This isn’t a small phone, but at the same time it’s not too big either. Right? You will be the judge.

There are two colors to choose from: Cloudy Blue and Ice White, which we have here today.

Let’s do a summary of the specifications. The display is a 6.58-inch IPS LCD with a 120Hz refresh rate and a maximum brightness of 400nits. Above, in a teardrop notch is an 8MP selfie camera. On the back is a 50MP 1 / 2.76 “wide camera, as well as a 5MP 1/5” ultrawide and 2MP depth sensor.

The chipset inside is the 6nm Snapdragon 695 with 5G and there is either 4GB or 6GB of RAM. As for storage, you get 64GB or 128GB, but you extend that further via the microSD card.

The battery capacity is 4,500mAh and can charge up to 20W. The Nokia G60 runs Android 12 out of the box and is of the usual clean variety.

Nokia offers the G60 its 3-3-3 promise: three years of operating system updates, 3 years of security patches and 3 years of warranty. The phone maker feels there aren’t many phones in the G60’s price category to match it.

The price is € 320 ($ 320 / ₹ 25,500) and the Nokia G60 is already available in stores.
