Honor’s latest entry-level device: The Honor X8a offers a 100MP main camera and a 6.7-inch FHD+ LCD with a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone is equipped with the Helio G88 chipset from MediaTek along with 6/8GB of RAM and 128GB of non-expandable storage.

The back houses a 100MP main camera with f/1.9 lens and autofocus along with a 5MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP macro module. There is a 16MP selfie cam housed in a hole in the display. The software side is covered by Magic UI 6.1 based on Android 12 while the battery reaches 4,500 mAh and supports 22.5W fast charging.

Honor X8a is available in Midnight Black, Titanium Silver and Cyan Lake colors. The phone will cost £220 for the 6/128GB trim in the UK and is already up for pre-order from Honor’s official website.

Pre-orders completed through February 14 get a free Honor Band 6. Deliveries should start on February 15th. Honor has also listed the X8a in Malaysia and the UAE, and we can expect the phone to appear in even more markets over the next few weeks.
