Honor has announced a partnership with luxury design company Porsche Design. The deal will see the two companies collaborate on high-end smartphones with the first product arriving in January 2024.

This deal basically confirms that the Honor Magic6 Porsche Design rumors will become a reality and that the launch itself is just around the corner.

Honor’s journey as an independent smartphone company began in 2020 and is gradually filling the holes left by its former parent. The manufacturer has become an industry leader in China and one of the leading smartphone companies in the foldable segment, and now takes over the partnership with Porsche Design.

We missed the Porsche Design smartphones, which had some of the most stunning designs in the industry.

More recently, it has branded Huawei’s luxury phones, but some diehard mobile fans will remember the BlackBerry P9981 from more than a decade ago.

Now that the company is back, we can’t wait to see what the Magic6 Porsche Design will look like.
