For devices that are only expected to come out in September, which is still more than six months away at this point, the next iPhones are sure to enjoy leaking. We saw some CAD renders of the iPhone 15 earlier today, following up on more renders from last week, and today we have another generated image to look at.

This is the iPhone 15 Pro, rendered in what is now rumored to be its hero color. It is a very dark red with a hexadecimal color code of #410D0D. Note that this render of the phone is only meant to show the exact hue Apple plans to use to make its Pro and Pro Max devices stand out this year.

Here is the iPhone 15 Pro in its dark red hero

Previously, the Pro line’s exclusive Hero color was Pacific Blue for the iPhone 12 generation, Sierra Blue for the iPhone 13 generation, and special iterations of Space Black and Deep Purple for the current iPhone 14 generation. By the end of the year, the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max will be available in this unique dark red version, which Apple’s marketing department will surely call something exciting.

For the vanilla iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus, Apple will offer pink (hex code #CE3B6C) and light blue (#0DB1E2) options, among others of course. The usual note/caution applies here: This is just an unconfirmed rumor, and even if Apple is considering using any or all of these colors, some may still not make it when next-generation iPhones begin mass production.

Keep in mind that Apple worked on a gold iPhone X back in the day, but it was never released, even though it came close enough to go through the FCC certification process.
