There is a new one Weather Wear OS 3 smartwatch app. The app is essential and only shows the time of the wearer’s current location. Once permission is granted, view weather information from weather.com, UV index, precipitation and forecast for the next 8 hours, then the next 5 days.

There are boxes for both “Forecast” and “UV Index” and there are two complications that show “UV Index” and “Weather”.

Subsequently, that of Google Phone the app has been added to the Play Store on Wear OS to make app updates easier and more frequent. The Phone app on Wear OS is what makes telephony possible via both Bluetooth and standalone on an LTE-connected smartwatch.

The user interface has larger icons and larger text to better see the caller name.

Finally, the Fitbit the Android app has been updated with a new user interface. There are now three main tabs: Discover, Today and Community. The “Premium” tab has been removed.

Otherwise, there are some Wear OS screenshots included in the Play Store listing.

Last month, it was revealed that the Fitbit app will begin requesting a Google account starting next year.
