Cyberpunk 2077 as a game

I’ve talked a lot about the history and spirit of this game. While all of that is fine, I have to say that I enjoyed it more simply by playing Night City.

For the sake of honesty, I have to say that I didn’t like the first few hours of the game. He seemed clumsy, numb, and just plain not funny. It wasn’t until I started learning to play that things started to fall into place. Maybe it was my fault for not paying more attention to the systems I was being offered, or maybe it was a problem with the way the game presents itself to new players. Either way, however, there are some great items to be found here.

Cyberpunk 2077 is an RPG, which means that players will have some choices when building their characters. The options aren’t incredibly deep, but they’re acceptable enough to create some neat character builds.

Some ways to play

I’d say my favorite build was a hack expert who was good at stealth. This character also had cybernetic enhancements to his legs, meaning I could run across rooftops, jumping from building to building while looking for crimes. Once found, I would sit atop my perch on the roof and hack criminals from afar, allowing me to pacify them without ever being seen. This gave me the feeling of being some sort of cyborg superhero in a city strewn with crime.

Another build I liked was a classic brawler build. I gave my character some cool “gorilla arms” as a plant and pumped tons of points to make a tank. Then I ran into danger without worrying and started beating people like nothing had happened.

The point is that there are certainly some great opportunities here and that the game gives you a lot of chances to play it.
