Additionally, there are a few that have gone under the radar, producing impressive underlying stats but not translating them into FPL points. These guys could explode soon, and being ahead of the curve is both very beneficial and very satisfying. 1. Martin Dubravka (goalkeeper) – 4.4 million

Newcastle United suffered a crushing defeat in GW31, conceding 5 goals at the hands of Tottenham. It might appear that Newcastle have an easily exploited defense, but the truth is actually the complete opposite. In the 10 games prior to GW31, Newcastle finished 5th for the lowest xGC in the championshipbehind Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea, And Manchester City. They are classified as i 4th best for goals conceded (7)only two goals more than the leading team, Liverpool (5).

Home care was especially beneficial to the Magpies – they did has conceded only 3 goals in their last 4 home games, a tally that only Liverpool have beaten in those circumstances. Newcastle’s next 3 games are all home games against Wolves, Leicester and Palace. The last two in that list will form a double week of play in GW33. To top it off, Newcastle will have a reassuring match against 20th Norwich City.

Clearly, Newcastle’s defense is worth looking into and their starting goalkeeper Martin Dubravka is a very promising investment. Priced at 4.4 millionDubravka is owned by just 2.6% of the coaches – it is expected that he will also be the goalkeeper with the highest score in GW32 (4 points). The Slovakian can provide excellent coverage in goal for the next three weeks of play.

2. Connor Roberts (Defender) – 4.4 million

Burnley the defenders weren’t the type of players to look enticing over the course of the season. However, their schedule is, from now until the end of the season. They face only one of the top 6 teams in the last seven weeks of play and will also have two double weeks of play (GW33 and GW37). They certainly look like a very attractive team.

Connor Roberts quickly became Dyche’s favorite RB over Lowton. Over the past 6 weeks of play, the Welshman has amassed the second most points since Burnley’s defense. Even him created more chances (4 – with 1 assist), attempted the most crosses (13)and had the greater number of entrances to the opposition gallery (33), compared to other club defenders.

Robert’s combination of games and decent base stats makes him a decent option to consider. The 26-year-old is owned by just 0.5% of the managers so any return could make a huge difference.

3. Cedric Soares (Defender) – 4.2 million

Arsenal suffered a crushing defeat in GW31 at the hands of Crystal Palace. However, they will try to bounce back with confidence and will have good opportunities to do so. A home match against Brighton in GW32 precedes a double week of play for the Gunners in GW33, where they play Southampton And Chelsea.

Overall, Arsenal have had a pretty good season so far, despite some ups and downs, and their strong defense has been particularly difficult to penetrate. They 5th place for best xGC and have granted the Fifth least number of goals this season.

Cedric Soares has covered for Tomiyasu and has consistently started matches for Arsenal. The Portuguese has it has made 5 key passes in the last 6 weeks of playFurthermore 6 successful crossings And 39 entries in the opposition box – both ranked 2nd highest among teammates. He is also on corner duty. With Tierney injured for the remainder of the season, it makes sense for backup Nuno Tavares to step in. 4. Harvey Barnes (midfielder) – 6.6 million

Leicester City are one of the teams to aim for between now and the end of the season. Only two other top 6 sides and play have a total of 3 double game weeks also. In addition to playing twice in GW33, the Foxes also have consecutive doubles in GW36 and GW37. Currently, Giacomo Maddison seems to be the most sought after Leicester player to take advantage of the program.

However, Barnes has put in some very good numbers this season and is currently in good shape as well. He’s back in three of his last five games, a total 1 goal and 2 assists.
