You can no longer download Huawei Health from the Play Store

Huawei Health is no longer available in the Google Play Store and you can now only get the app via an insecure sideload or by downloading the Huawei App Gallery first.

The latest version of the app dates back to 2020 and ran until October last year. It did not support Huawei’s latest wearables, such as the Band 7.

So it makes sense that it’s no longer available. People were already using the App Gallery variant, which is up to date.

Interestingly, the app is still available in the Apple App Store and Samsung’s Galaxy Store.

If you need to download Huawei Health, Huawei has an instruction page available. We suggest installing Huawei’s HarmonyOS app store, App Gallery, first because it will keep the app up-to-date.
