There is also interval training to strengthen heart and lung health.

The wearable device is compatible with Android (6.0 or later) and iOS (12 or later) devices and connects to them via Bluetooth 5.2 BLE. Xiaomi has not disclosed the battery capacity of the Smart Band 7 Pro, but the company is advertising up to 12 days of battery life in a typical use mode.
Xiaomi Smart Band 7 Pro is available in Ivory and Black colors and you have six color options for the TPU bands: ivory, olive, orange, blue, black and pink. The special edition straps with a leather-like design are available in Pine Green and Moon Gray. The availability of these color options varies by market.
