The Xiaomi 13T series was announced today during an event in the German capital Berlin. The 13T and 13T Pro smartphones are quite similar to their China-only cousin the Redmi K60 Ultra, but come with improved camera hardware and IP68 certification for water and dust resistance, which is a first for the T series .

The phone comes with a 4nm Dimensity 8200-Ultra chipset, which is essentially a Dimensity 8200 platform from Mediatek with some tweaks developed in collaboration with Xiaomi. It’s paired with LPDDR5 RAM, either 8GB or 12GB, and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
The Xiaomi 13T is built around a 6.67-inch OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, Full HD+ resolution and peak brightness of over 2,600 nits.
The 13T’s main camera has a 50MP 1/1.28” sensor with individual 1.22μm pixels. It has OIS and an f/1.9 aperture on the front.
The “portrait” telephoto lens matches the 50MP sensor resolution and f/1.9 aperture, but has a 50mm equivalent lens. The third camera is a 12MP ultrawide camera with a 15mm equivalent f/2.2 lens.
You can choose between the Leica Authentic Look which aims for realistic color reproduction and the Leica Vibrant Look for that extra touch in your shots. The 13 Ultra’s custom photo styles are also available in Pro mode here.
The 20MP selfie camera is punch-hole mounted and lacks autofocus.
The 5,000mAh battery supports 67W wired charging, which is a downgrade from the 12T’s 120W speed. It promises to take just 42 minutes to go from 0 to 100%.
Xiaomi 13T is available in three colors: Meadow Green and Black have a glass panel on the back, while Alpine Blue has a BioComfort vegan leather finish. Prices start from €650 for the 8/256 GB version.
Xiaomi 13T Pro
The Xiaomi 13T Pro has the same 6.67″ OLED panel with a 144 Hz refresh rate as the vanilla version, but upgrades to the more powerful Dimensity 9200+ chipset.
The 50MP + 50MP + 12MP Leica triple camera, 20MP selfie camera and 5,000mAh battery are common to the two new phones.
Xiaomi 13T series
RAM is 12GB or 16GB, and here it is the fastest LPDDR5X type, while storage is UFS 4.0 in three options: 256GB, 512GB or 1TB.
Another important difference is the charging speed: the 13T Pro does a 120W HyperCharge, meaning 19 minutes is all the phone needs to fill the battery from zero to 100%.
Both the 13T and 13T Pro have dual speakers and support for Dolby Atmos Audio. They boot Android 13 with MIUI 14 on top.
The 13T Pro is offered in the same Green, Black, and Vegan Leather Blue colors. The starting price is €800, but here the basic equipment is 12/256 GB.
