We finally have an official launch date for the vivo V29e: the next midranger will debut on August 28 in India at 12:00 local time. The teasers on the phone’s launch page also confirmed a few key specs including a neat display, a 50MP front-facing camera with autofocus, and a 64MP main camera with OIS on the back.

The V29e will come with an “Artistic Design” boasting an eye-catching two-tone back with large camera rings and a color-matched bezel. The device is confirmed to measure just 7.6 mm thick and weigh 180 grams. Based on the speculations, the phone will be equipped with a Snapdragon 480 or 480+ chipset along with 8-12GB of RAM and 128-256GB of storage. The battery is speculated to come in at 4,800mAh and support 80W fast charging.
