The iQOO is preparing a new Neo7 smartphone, reveals the well-known tipster Digital chat station. It will be called the Neo7 SE model and will work with the not yet announced Dimensity 8200 chipset.
According to the suggestion, the new platform will have a CPU with one of the main 3.1 GHz Cortex-X2 cores which is also the leading unit in the Dimensity 9000, Mediatek’s current flagship chipset.

The iQOO Neo7 SE should be a slightly less powerful version of the previously announced Neo7. It will come with 120W fast charging and we have yet to see if it will follow in the footsteps of its predecessor – the Neo6 SE has been renamed the Neo 6 on the global market.
Returning to the Dimensity 8200, this is the first time we’ve heard of such a chipset. The leakster said that Xiaomi will put it in the Redmi K60, while vivo plans to use the platform for the next S series as well. With a Mediatek event scheduled for next week, we may find out more soon enough.
