We are done with the practices, now is the time to delve into Google Pixel 7 Pro and Pixel 7. Let’s start with an unboxing. The Pixel 7 series adheres to the recent norm of substandard retail boxes. There is a USB-C cable and a USB-A to USB-C dongle.
Pixel 7 Pro is clearly bigger than Pixel 7 but make no mistake, both phones are big in the context of the smartphone market. The Pro weighs 212g, while the 7 weighs just 3g less than 200g.
There are subtle differences between Pro and vanilla. The chassis of the Pro is shiny and shiny metal, while the vanilla is matte. We are torn between the two approaches, so it’s a matter of subjectivity.
What you get with the bigger phone is a bigger display, of course, and this year the gap is wider. The Pixel 7 Pro retains the 6.7-inch diagonal of its predecessor, while the Pixel 7 has dropped an inch to 6.3 inches. The Pro’s screen is also better and updates faster, while the battery is 645mAh larger.

The cameras are where the Pixel 7 Pro stands out the most. It has adequate zoom in the 5x periscope but its ultrawide is wider and can focus.
We started our Google Pixel 7 Pro review, but like any good thing, it takes time. Be patient and don’t go anywhere.
