Oppo is allegedly gearing up to upgrade its cheaper A range with a new A17 device. If we are to believe the rumors, we can expect to see it unveiled before the end of the month. A new leak offers a preview of what potential buyers can expect.
First, in terms of known specs, the Oppo A17 appears to be quite similar to its predecessor A16, with the same MediaTek Helio G35 chipset with 64GB of storage and a large 5,000mAh battery pack.
While we may not have the full picture in terms of interiors, the leaked renders offer a detailed look at the Oppo A17’s design. Its back, in particular, looks very modern with a vertical arrangement for its dual rear camera setup and what looks like faux leather material for the back panel.

The color range also looks very fresh and eye-catching. On the front, the selfie notch is very reasonable in terms of size. Overall, the A17 looks sleek and modern, particularly for a budget device.
