Samsung teamed up with Maison Margiela last year for the Galaxy Z Flip4 Maison Margiela Edition, and the brand has teamed up with the Parisian couture house again to create the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 Maison Margiela Edition.
Samsung says it has partnered with Maison Margiela “to provide a device for people who want freshness and unconventionality.” The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 Maison Margiela Edition comes in special white packaging, which reflects Maison Margiela’s “unfinished style using a distinct stitching pattern in the center of the flap.”
The packaging, covered in a paper-based fabric, resembles an archival sample container used in atelier stores to store fabric samples and threads. Includes a leather flap case, a Flipsuit case, and two types of Splatter Flipsuit cards. It also comes with a 25W PD charger and a USB cable.

The phone itself features a glass back with a design that shows the inner workings of a Mason Margiela jacket. It is enhanced by the silver and metallic effects exclusive to this special edition.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 Maison Margiela Edition also includes special icons and wallpapers, with Flipsuit Cards that change the phone’s theme to match the card’s template.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 Maison Margiela Edition will be available in select markets from November 30. Samsung hasn’t revealed the price yet, so we’ll have to wait until next Thursday to find out how much it costs.
