A few days ago, reliable informant Digital chat station claimed that the Oppo Watch 3 series will be unveiled on August 10th. And today Oppo confirmed this information as Weibo announced that the Watch 3 series will arrive next Wednesday.
The launch event will begin at 7:00 pm local time in China, where Oppo will also showcase a new Zhimei Life smart product. Oppo’s shared poster teases the rotating crown on the Watch 3 series but reveals nothing else. However, the company has previously confirmed that the Watch 3 series will be powered by the Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 SoC.
The Oppo Watch 3 series is said to consist of three models and we expect at least one of them to have the Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 chip at the helm. Specs of the Watch 3 line include a high screen-to-body ratio, LTPO display, dual Apollo 4 Plus chips, and standard ECG.
