A new report by Digital chat station on Weibo offers some information on two of Oppo’s upcoming wearables. The Oppo Watch 3 will aim to have longer battery life and will be available in three different models: OWW211 / 212/213. The wearable will have a high screen-to-body ratio and will feature a “micro arc square dial design” and will be available in black, silver, dark gray and light gold.
Meanwhile, the Oppo Band 2 will be available in black and blue models and will be equipped with NFC and SpO2 monitoring. “In the second half of the year, the focus is on new flagships, new equipment and new systems,” he writes DCS (translated automatically). Perhaps we can expect to see the new wearables in the second half of 2022.
For reference, the Oppo Watch 2 launched with a 1.91-inch square display with rounded corners and its design is very much inspired by the Apple Watch. It was also powered by the Snapdragon Wear 4100 platform and paired with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of ROM. There is a 510mAh battery and support for Bluetooth 5.0 and Wi-Fi b / g / n.
