In September, Xiaomi’s gaming division, Black Shark, introduced a series of gaming accessories including the Black Shark S1 smartwatch. The gaming brand has now added a more capable model called the Black Shark S1 Pro. The watch features a ruggedized casing that is IP68 waterproof and comes with a voice assistant with support for ChatGPT.
Key specifications of the Black Shark S1 Pro
Black Shark S1 Pro features a 1.43” AMOLED display with 466 x 466px resolution, 60Hz refresh rate and up to 600 nits of peak brightness. It runs FreeRTOS like most of Xiami’s more affordable smartwatches, and Black Shark shares that the GPT Chat integration allows the AI assistant to answer simple questions that are likely relayed between the watch and the paired smartphone.
Black Shark S1 Pro color options
The Watch S1 Pro offers on-device Bluetooth calling, 24/7 heart rate and blood oxygen monitoring, and NFC. The watch can also track over 100 sports modes, and Black Shark claims 15 days of battery life with normal use.
