The FCC has certified an upcoming Sony smartphone and it appears to be the Xperia 5 IV that has been rumored for a while. The device list confirms some key specs, including the size of the phone – it’s 155.74mm tall and 67.1mm wide.

Compact phone lovers will rejoice because it’s a little shorter and narrower than last year’s Xperia 5 III which stood at 157mm and 68mm respectively. The screen diagonal of the Xperia 5 IV is 153.5 mm, exactly 6.04 inches, a little shorter than the 6.1-inch panel of the Xperia 5 III.
