Sony has added three new wireless speakers to its range with the SRS-XG300, SRS-XE300 and SRS-XE200. The trio offers Sony X-Balanced non-circular speaker units with dual passive radiators. The XG300 is the largest speaker (318x138x136mm / 3KG weight) of the trio and offers up to 25 hours of playback and LED lighting effects. The XE300 offers 24 hours of playback with a 10-minute fast charge that guarantees 70 minutes of playback. The smallest XE200 gets 16 hours of playback time.

All three speakers feature IP67 water and dust resistance, multipoint connection with up to two devices via Bluetooth 5.2, and support for Google Fast Pair and SBC, AAC and LDAC audio codecs. They also carry echo cancellation that promises optimal voice acquisition and a manual switch for the built-in microphone in case you need to quickly mute the audio during a call.

In addition, Sony’s Battery Care feature is available via the Music Center app to prevent overcharging the speaker batteries and thus preserve their longevity.

Sony SRS-XG300 will be available in gray and black from € 300 / £ 259. SRS-XE300 is available in gray, black and blue for € 200 / £ 169 while the XE200 (€ 150 / £ 139) is available in gray, black, orange and blue. All three models will go on open sale from July.
