Samsung was reportedly planning an Unpacked event for the Galaxy S24 launch in early January, and new reports double down on the timing. The Korean source pointed out that the event will be held an hour’s drive from Apple’s headquarters in Cupertino. This is hardly a surprise, given that the Galaxy S23 line was also introduced there, and Samsung has a history of hosting its big launches in the US: Galaxy Z Flip4 and Galaxy Z Fold4 debuted in New York.
