The FE product line now runs parallel to the main Galaxy series: you can buy a phone, a tablet, and now even TWS earbuds, all for less money than regular Galaxy gadgets. And with the launch promo you can save even more.
Samsung US will launch open sales of the Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ on Tuesday, October 10. The company will offer a free Smart Book Cover with every tablet.
If you’re upgrading from an older Galaxy Tab A, Samsung will give you a guaranteed trade-in credit of $75. You can also send more valuable devices, the limit on trade-in credit goes up to $350 (the base Tab S9 FE has an MSRP of $450).
The Samsung Galaxy Buds FE are also available from today. These are Samsung’s cheapest TWS earbuds, at least according to the MSRP. They feature wingtips for a more secure fit and come with ANC like the more expensive Buds.
Samsung is offering $25 for any old headphones, whether wired or wireless. Plus, you can get 50% off the Buds FE (that’s $50) when you buy a Galaxy Tab S9 FE and many other devices (Tab S9 Ultra, Galaxy S23 Ultra, Galaxy Z Flip5 and Z Fold5, even a Galaxy Watch6 or a Watch 5 Pro). Finally, students get a 15% discount.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 FE will be available at the end of this month: open sales will begin on October 26. In the meantime you can reflect on these offers. The phone itself costs $600 for the base 8/128GB model, but there’s a guaranteed $100 trade-in credit for any older device. Trade-in limit is $300.
Here are some examples of what you can get for an old device. If you owned a Galaxy S20 FE but are now ready to upgrade, the old FE will get a $200 trade-in credit. A Galaxy S22 gets the maximum $300 and so does an iPhone 13 mini. An older Galaxy S21 or iPhone 12 mini comes close to a $250 trade-in credit. Finally, a Galaxy A54 is valued at $200.
If you want to upgrade your mobile gadgets in one fell swoop, you can purchase a bundle of the Galaxy S23 FE, Tab S9 FE, and Buds FE for $1,000 (adding the individual prices for these comes to $1,150).
