Samsung will officially unveil the Galaxy Z Fold5 in the last week of July at an Unpacked event in Seoul, Korea, and the phone has already been leaked a bunch of times. Today marks a premiere, though: It’s the first time we’ve seen an image that will clearly be part of the phone’s marketing campaign.

As you can see, the tagline for Fold5 will be “Unfold your world,” which works but requires pretty little effort considering the overuse of the word “fold” in campaigns for previous Folds. Or perhaps it is meant to suggest continued focus.

Either way, the long-awaited gapless hinge is in sight, as is a design that is overall very reminiscent of the Fold4, including the number of cameras and their placement. The speakers are also located in the same places, as are the power and volume buttons. The S Pen is present in the render to remind you that the device supports it.

The Galaxy Z Fold5 will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy SoC, just like the Galaxy S23 family.
