Samsung has once again become the first smartphone brand to roll out a new Android security patch as it recently released the August 2022 security patch for the Galaxy S20, S21 and S22 series. Now, it is the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G that is updated with the August 2022 patch.
The new firmware is out with version F707BXXU6GVG5 for the Galaxy Z Flip 5G with model code SM-F707B. It is currently being seeded in Switzerland, but the launch is expected to expand to other markets soon.
If you live in Switzerland and haven’t received the update yet, you can manually check it by going to your Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G Settings > Software update menu.
