Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S9 series is expected to bring at least three entries with the Tab S9, Tab S9+, and Tab S9 Ultra, and we now have more details on the Vanilla and Ultra models thanks to their Geekbench 6 listings.

Galaxy Tab S9 (SM-X716B) features Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Galaxy chipset with Cortex-X3 main core clocked at 3.36GHz and 8GB of RAM. The device achieved an impressive single-core score of 1,929 points and a multi-core score of 4,735 points. The listing also confirms that the tablet is supposedly running Android 13 with One UI 5.1 on top. Based on recent rumors

Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra (SM-X916B) scored an even more impressive single-core score of 2,054 points and a multi-core score of 5,426 points. The device shares exactly the same chipset and RAM configuration as the Galaxy Tab S9 and is also running on Android 13 with One UI 5.1 on top.

The upcoming Ultra model tablet is expected to feature a similar design to its predecessor with a 14.6-inch Super AMOLED display and 11,200mAh battery with 45W charging. The device is also said to bring water and dust resistance IP68.
