Last month the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max launched with titanium frames instead of the stainless steel used in their predecessors. The news, however, will not last long, if the latest rumors about the Samsung Galaxy S24 family are successful.
According to a tipster on X (formerly Twitter), the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra will all have titanium frames. We’ve already seen all three in leaked CAD-based renders, and those images showed very flat frames.

But so far the prevailing theory, based on a previous rumor, was that only the S24 Ultra would be clad in titanium. Now, these rumors claim that Samsung will not discriminate between its high-end devices, at least not in this sense.
Be sure to take the news with a grain of salt, though, as it’s just unconfirmed rumors for now. Also, the famous leaker Ice Universe He answered to the original X post which you can see above, reiterating that only the Ultra will receive the titanium treatment. So: maybe, maybe not. Let’s wait for more rumors and leaks to get a better idea of what to expect. Samsung is rumored to unveil the S24 series in January, so there’s still plenty of time.
