Xiaomi is preparing to unveil the 14 and 14 Pro flagships for the Chinese market on October 27, according to the latest rumors on the matter. Given that we are now closer than ever to that date, it wouldn’t be at all surprising to have a leak of the vanilla model’s full spec sheet. And that’s exactly what we offer you today.

However, keep in mind that unfortunately fake spec leaks have been spreading on Weibo over the past few years, and that’s where this one originates from as well. And it’s not from one of the reliable leaksters over there, like Digital Chat Station or Ice Universe. Therefore, we caution you to take all of this with a heavy dose of skepticism, as it may turn out to be nothing more than the overactive imagination of a Xiaomi fan at work.

With the disclaimer out of the way, let’s get right into it. The Xiaomi 14 is said to feature a 6.44-inch Huaxing C8 OLED display with “1.5K” resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 2,800 nits peak brightness, along with Dolby Vision support and color gamut DCI-P3.

At the helm is the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, which will be made official by Qualcomm at its annual event in Hawaii, which this year will take place from October 24 to 26. So, as you may have understood, Xiaomi decided to waste no time in presenting the first devices powered by the new chip.

The Xiaomi 14 will supposedly pair it with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. The phone is said to have a 4,600mAh battery with support for 90W wired, 50W wireless and 10W reverse wireless charging. The camera system will include a 50MP OmniVision OV50H main snapper with OIS, an ultrawide 50 MP and a 50 MP telephoto.

Unsurprisingly, the phone features dual stereo speakers, an IR blaster, and will be IP68 rated for dust and water resistance. There’s also apparently a “2-in-1 acoustic engine” inside and a large vapor chamber cooling system.
