As promised, Oppo Watch 3 and Oppo Watch 3 Pro are the first smartwatches to use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 wearable platform, made official in July.

The Oppo Watch 3 features a 1.75 “372×430 AMOLED screen with 3D glass at the top, a 400 mAh battery that recharges in 60 minutes, 1 GB of RAM, 32 GB of storage, Bluetooth 5.0 , eSIM, NFC, 5ATM water resistance, GPS / Beidou / GLONASS / Galileo / QZSS and Oppo’s Apollo 4 Plus coprocessor which is used in place of the Snapdragon when little computing power is needed.

The Oppo Watch 3 Pro has a larger 1.91 “378×496 AMOLED screen which is LTPO, a first for a wearable device. Its battery is also larger at 550mAh, which allows for five days of full use (four with LTE) and 15 days of light mode. Charges in 65 minutes. Watch 3 Pro will launch in Platinum Black and Desert Brown. Weighs 37.5g without strap.

The rest of the specs are the same, including the presence of 100 training modes, 150 dials, an accelerometer, gyroscope, geomagnetic sensor, optical heart rate monitor, blood oxygen sensor, ECG sensor, ambient light sensor, and blood pressure sensor. air.

The Oppo Watch 3 starts at CNY 1,499 ($ ​​222 or € 216 at the current exchange rate) and the Watch 3 Pro starts at CNY 1,899 ($ ​​282, € 274). They are already available for order and will go on sale in China on August 19th. At this point no one knows if they will ever have an international launch.
