We’ve heard a lot about the upcoming Oppo Find X7 series, especially the Pro model, which is expected to sport a dual-periscope telephoto camera system, 100W charging, and a circular or octagonal photo island. But the latest information suggests that the octagonal camera phone is actually an upcoming Ultra variant.
Alleged Find X7 Pro
Digital chat station on Weibo published a new report suggesting that the Find X7 Ultra will support satellite connection. Interestingly, Oppo said that he will offer satellite messaging with the Find X7 series, but he didn’t mention any names. Apparently, the Vanilla and Pro models will lack this feature.
The report also states that the Pro and Ultra will share the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and 3x + 6x dual periscope telephoto cameras, while the standard version will run on the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 chip and come with a single 3x periscope unit.
