The screen is a 6.56-inch LCD, a panel that Oppo has used for its A series for the past three years. The screen has an HD+ resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 720 nits.

At the top there is a waterdrop notch for a 5MP selfie camera. The single sensor on the back is 13 MP with f/2.2 aperture and LED flash at the bottom.

The 7nm chipset has 6GB or 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM, paired with 128GB or 256GB of storage, respectively. The Oppo A2x has a microSD slot on the left side; the right one is for the power button, which also doubles as a fingerprint scanner.

The A2x comes with a 5,000mAh battery, but there’s no word on charging speed, suggesting a slow speed.
