A new Oppo phone has received TENAA approval, and according to whistleblower Digital Chat Station, it will be called the A2 Pro. The Chinese regulator has approved a smartphone with a 5,000mAh battery, and the leakster claimed that this smartphone It will arrive as early as September 15th.
The A2 Pro midranger will have a 6.7-inch OLED screen with 1080p resolution and up to 120Hz refresh rate, the certification page reveals. The attached photos show slightly curved sides and a single hole for the selfie camera. We can also see three cameras on the back of a circular island.
Digital Chat Station adds 12GB of RAM and 512GB of phone storage.
The Oppo A1 Pro arrived in November 2022 and was powered by a Snapdragon 695 chipset and supported 67W charging. The A1 series never left China though and we’ll have to wait and see if the A2 changes that.
